The firm is proficiently equipped to handle jobs of various types and magnitude. It’s activities cover all sorts of civil engineering works, architectural layout, planning and designing project of residential and commercial complexes, corporate offices, educational and institutional projects, industrial campus-cum-factories, health and holiday resorts, amusement parks, shopping malls, multiplexes etc.
It uses the ETABS/ SAFE software packages and gets all jobs executed by experienced and specialized personnel. The firm's involvement also includes preparing drawing, survey, soil investigation, follow up activities with local Govt. authorities like KMC & other Municipalities etc. for proposal sanctioning,project scheduling, monitoring and seeing through the project till completion under their strict technical supervision
It also handles total design services for architectural enterprises including associated services along with structural design and is familiar with local and international codes, regulations, financial pattern of institutional project, liaison work and seeking approvals from statutory authorities.
Since its beginning, the firm has been operating under the able direction of its Chief Executive Officer Mr. Basant Kumar Agarwala, B.C.E (Hons), MICI, FIE, a man with a rich experience of more than 30 years in structural and architectural design, construction, planning and supervision. He personally ensures maintenance of high standard of design from the aesthetic and utility point of view, and has the distinction of planning and executing many prestigious buildings in the last 30 years..
